The last and final part of the beer sommelier course! With a group of enthusiastic fellow beer students from all parts of Holland I spent an exciting two days in Austria learning more about German and Austrian beer styles, barrel aging, glassware and beer and food pairing. An experience to never forget. Here are a few highlights from that inspirational trip.

After spontaneously starting this blog in April last year, things took a more serious turn when I signed up for the Dutch Stibon beer sommelier training in September. I learned a lot of new things and it actually made me even more enthusiastic about the world of beer.
